On a steeply sloping site prone to ‘slip-circle failure’, the test was what could be built that would not end up in the neighbours backyard!
Good engineering practices along with relevant geotechnical testing have encouraged a more flamboyant six level modern design.

All levels serve a purpose with sleeping quarters, family, kitchen and living areas, ample balconies on two levels, large garage and storage areas and lower level recreation zone. The ultra-modern look continued inside and as much as it seems large, the areas are nicely delineated so that the house is quite a practical, easy place to live.
