An initial consultation at our Strathmore office with Nicole is provided free of charge. This is preferred to not only garner a feasibility of the works but to get a good indication of the clients likes and dislikes, which ultimately lead to formulating a client brief. Initial queries are also discussed at this early stage.

Once we have reviewed your proposal, a schedule of fees for the services necessary will be provided for your approval.
Clients are then able to engage our office to begin the design and documentation stage.

Working Drawings
The final architectural working drawings are ready for your chosen builder to supply a quote and timeframe that suits you the client, a PDF set is available if required to also help the process of obtaining quotes from contractors.

Our final architectural working drawings and documentation incorporate energy efficiency, engineering and any other specifications required for the proposed works to obtain a building permit from a registered building surveyor.

We are also able to obtain the building permit for you once we have your nominated builder and a cost of works.
